At NewView TINTS, we take pride in providing top-quality automotive services, including XPEL Prime window tinting, vinyl wrapping, XPEL Fusion ceramic coating, and XPEL Paint Protection Film. Please review the following warranty and disclaimer information:

Tinting Warranty:

Our XPEL film comes with a lifetime manufacturer and installation warranty. This warranty covers fading, discoloration, peeling, and bubbling. However, please note that it does not cover physical damage, such as scratches or tears, nor does it cover dust particles. We encourage you to inspect your windows and address any concerns before leaving when you come to pick up your vehicle.

Electrical Issues After Install:

Modern vehicles are equipped with a multitude of electrical components. While we take every precaution to avoid damage during the tinting process, there are inherent risks associated with the application of water onto the windows, which may expose these electrical systems to moisture and water runoff. It is particularly crucial to note that windshield installations carry a higher risk, as water runoff behind the dashboard can potentially damage the vehicle’s Electronic Control Unit (ECU) or other electrical components.

NewView TINTS cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur to these electrical systems during or after the tinting process. We encourage you to discuss any concerns you may have and ask questions before proceeding with the installation, ensuring that you fully understand the associated risks. Our team will be happy to address any inquiries you may have and provide the necessary information to help you make an informed decision.

Please note that by proceeding with the installation, you acknowledge and accept the risks involved with the tinting process and release NewView TINTS from any liability regarding potential electrical system damages.

Wrap Warranty:

Our 3M film comes with a 4-year manufacturer and installation warranty (if properly maintained). This warranty covers fading, discoloration, peeling, and bubbling. Similar to the tinting warranty, it does not cover physical damage, such as scratches or tears, or bumps caused by dust particles or imperfections in the paint. If you opt for a film from a manufacturer other than 3M, please inquire about the specific warranty offered, as they may vary. We recommend inspecting your vehicle and addressing any concerns before leaving when you come to pick up your vehicle.

XPEL Fusion Ceramic Coating and XPEL Paint Protection Film:

For XPEL Fusion ceramic coating and XPEL Paint Protection Film, the warranty coverage is provided directly by XPEL. We encourage you to consult the specific terms, conditions, and coverage details outlined in XPEL's warranty documentation for these services.

General Disclaimer:

While we strive to deliver the highest level of service and customer satisfaction, we want to clarify a few points. We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle during our services. Any film that has been rubbed, scratched, or damaged by rings, jewelry, or hard objects of any kind is not covered under warranty. Additionally, removal of decals or any adhesive-held items may require adhesive removal, and there are inherent risks to paint, particularly with top coats or ceramic coatings. We cannot be held responsible for any damage or fading that may occur around the area of adhesive removal.

Furthermore, we want to emphasize that we are not responsible for any misuse of additions made to the vehicle. Any additions, such as front splitters or similar cosmetic pieces, are installed for aesthetic purposes only and are not intended for practical application or testing in an air tunnel. We also recommend bringing your vehicle to us in a washed condition, as dust or dirt particles may show through the wrap. We are not responsible for any cosmetic issues that were present on the vehicle prior to the wrap installation.

Lastly, by agreeing to our services, you acknowledge and grant us permission to use pictures of your vehicle, showcasing our work, on our social media pages and website as a form of advertising.
